Spot Poetry lets you write a poem, tie it to a place, and share it with the people nearby. This policy explains what the app collects, why, and who it reaches. We collect only what the app needs to work, and we do not sell your data or use advertising or third-party analytics.
The app runs on Google Firebase (authentication, database, file storage, and security checks) and displays maps through Google Maps. These providers process data on our behalf so the app can function. We do not share your data with advertisers or data brokers.
A poem is private until you post it. When you post one, its text, pen name, and any attached location, photo, or audio become publicly visible on the map and in the feed. Your phone number stays private either way.
To delete your account and the poems tied to it, reach us through the support page. We keep your data only as long as your account is active or as needed to run the service.
Spot Poetry is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
Questions about this policy or your data go through the support page.
